Selection criteria

- Ability to meet City insurance requirements and service model expectations.
How to apply
- Submit the preliminary partnership proposal form.
- Submit proposals by March 1 at 3 p.m.
- If March 1 falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, submit by 3 p.m. on the next business day.
Processing and Agreement
- In April, proposals are evaluated for eligibility.
- From May to June, public consultations are held on all proposals published on Participons Ottawa for one month.
- From May to August, projects are prioritized.
- From September to October, a report is presented to the Committee and Council for final approval.
- From November to December, the project launch and partnership agreement take place.

- Projects must be open and accessible to all Ottawa residents.
- A business plan showing long-term viability is required.
- Funding depends on available City capital budget.
- Permanent plaques, signs, or inscriptions are not permitted.
