- Housing cooperatives.
- Housing non-profit organizations.
- Organizations in activity for less than one year.
- Organizations listed in the Registre des entreprises non admissibles aux contrats publics (RENA).
Eligible expenses
- General operating expenses, including rent and office supplies.
- Salary expenses.
- Expenses linked to carrying out the organization’s social mission.

- Activities that consist of promoting and defending the collective rights of citizens in housing.
