The initiative must be a community project delivered as activities or services by and for Francophone community(ies) in Manitoba.
The initiative must align with the foundation’s charitable mandate and vision (supporting a Francophonie where people can live in French in all aspects of life).
The initiative must promote expression in French and the cultural richness associated with it.
The initiative must benefit the Francophone community in Manitoba through social and cultural benefits.
The initiative must respect intellectual property rights and avoid cultural appropriation.
