How to apply
- Step 1
- Schedule a pre-consultation with Township staff.
- Discuss the proposed project and application requirements.
- Step 2
- Complete the CIP application form.
- Prepare supporting information, including cost estimates and project details.
- Step 3
- Submit the application to the Township’s Development Services Department.
- Ensure the application is complete before it is reviewed.
- Step 4
- Wait for staff review, committee recommendation, and Council decision.
- If approved, sign the required agreement with the Township.
- Step 5
- Complete the project.
- Submit invoices and proof of payment for reimbursement.
Processing and Agreement
- Application is reviewed by Township staff.
- Staff provides a recommendation to the Planning Advisory and Committee of Adjustment.
- The Committee makes a recommendation to Council.
- Applicants are notified of the decision.
- Approved applicants sign an agreement with the Township before funding is released.

- Pre-consultation with Township staff is required before applying.
- Applications are accepted at any time, subject to available annual funds.
- Only one grant per program is allowed per calendar year, per registered property.
