- Applicants are notified in writing of the result.

- Applications are assessed using criteria such as merit, impact, viability, value, need, and other revenue sources.
- Successful and unsuccessful applicants are notified in writing.
- Successful applicants must comply with the program conditions and reporting requirements.

- Two funding streams are available: operational funding and project or program funding.
- Successful applicants must submit a funding report by April 30 of the following year.
- Applications must be submitted through the electronic form only.
