How to apply
- Step 1: Review program policy
- Read the Community Grant Policy before applying.
- Step 2: Complete the application form
- Fill out the official application form for the appropriate funding stream.
- Prepare the required financial and supporting documents.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Deliver the completed package to the Municipal office or email it to the Treasurer or Deputy Treasurer.
- Submit by September 15 at 4:30 pm.
- Step 4: Review and decision
- Applications are reviewed for completeness and policy compliance.
- Council makes the final decision and applicants are notified afterward.

- Applications are reviewed for completeness, accuracy, and policy compliance.
- Incomplete applications are returned with a request for more information.
- Council makes the final funding decision after review and pre-approval by the Wind Companies.
- Applicants are notified after the municipal budget has been passed.
Additional information
- Only one application per organization per year is permitted for either funding stream.
- Applicants may be asked to make a brief presentation to Council.
- Applications and supporting documents must be received by September 15 at 4:30 pm.
- Applicants must review the Community Grant Policy before applying.
