Selection criteria
- Character: credit history, training and work history, and business experience.
- Capacity: ability to take on and repay debt.
- Conditions: the market where you plan to operate the business.
- Capital: net worth, equity, and sweat equity.
- Collateral: a 1:1 security to loan principal ratio.
