Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by staff and recommendations are provided to Council in a staff report in January the following year.
- Successful applicants must recognize the City’s grant on promotional materials or at the event, and the City’s logo must appear on all promotional materials.
- Any unspent funds at the end of the project must be returned to the City of Quinte West.
- Within one year of the City’s receipt of funds, a final report must be submitted indicating how the grant was spent and whether there were any unspent funds.
- Failure to submit the report or meet the grant conditions will make the individual or organization ineligible for funding in future years, and approved funds may be withheld until the conditions are met.
