- Submit the LOI to the Community Foundation of Newfoundland and Labrador by the program deadline.
- Step 3: Await cohort decision
- Monitor for notification of acceptance into the participatory granting cohort by March 11.

- Applications are reviewed to determine which applicants will be accepted into the participatory granting cohort.
- Applicants accepted into the cohort will be notified by March 11.
