• Step 1: Complete the Letter of Intent (LOI) in the Grant Portal.
• Step 2: Wait for eligibility feedback; if approved, you will be invited to complete the full application.
• Step 3: Submit the full application before the annual deadline.
• Step 4: If requested, provide additional information, attend a site visit, or participate in an interview.

• Applications are reviewed by the CFCAB Grants Committee.
• The committee makes recommendations to the Board of Directors.
• Applicants are notified once a decision is made, whether funded or not.
• Additional information, a site visit, or an interview may be requested.
• Successful applicants must sign a Grant Agreement before funds are released.

• Applications are accepted once a year, with an October 15 deadline for full applications.
• Applicants may be asked for additional information, a site visit, or an interview after initial review.
• A formal Grant Agreement must be signed before funds are disbursed.
• A final report is required after project completion.
