- Deficits or funding shortfalls from events held without prior consultation with the Municipality.

Processing and Agreement
- Applications are evaluated by the Community Development Advisory Committee.
- Recommendations are forwarded to Municipal Council for final approval.
- Council makes the final decision on financial assistance requests.
- If approved, the event must identify the Municipality as a major supporter.
- A final report is required within 90 days after the event.

- Applications are reviewed annually in April.
