How to apply

  • Step 1: Get the application form
    • Download it from the Township website or request a paper copy at Town Hall.
  • Step 2: Complete the form
    • Fill in the application form and prepare the required supporting documents.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed form before October 31 at 4:00 p.m.
  • Step 4: Await review and decision
    • The application will be reviewed by the municipal administration and recommended to Council.
  • Step 5: Receive funds and complete reporting
    • If approved, sign the contribution agreement and submit the final activity report after the event.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after the submission deadline.
  • An internal municipal committee evaluates applications.
  • The committee makes recommendations to Municipal Council.
  • Funding is released after the annual budget is approved.
  • Recipients must sign a contribution agreement before payment.

Additional information

  • The Township may award an amount different from the one requested.
  • In-kind support may be provided in addition to the financial grant.
  • Recipients must comply with municipal by-laws and policies.
  • The Township must be acknowledged in event communications and signage.
