How to apply
- Step 1: Get the application form
- Download it from the Township website or request a paper copy at Town Hall.
- Step 2: Complete the form
- Fill in the application form and prepare the required supporting documents.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Send the completed form before October 31 at 4:00 p.m.
- Step 4: Await review and decision
- The application will be reviewed by the municipal administration and recommended to Council.
- Step 5: Receive funds and complete reporting
- If approved, sign the contribution agreement and submit the final activity report after the event.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed after the submission deadline.
- An internal municipal committee evaluates applications.
- The committee makes recommendations to Municipal Council.
- Funding is released after the annual budget is approved.
- Recipients must sign a contribution agreement before payment.
