- Registered non-profit organizations in Saskatchewan working with one eligible partner

- Federal or provincial organizations and Crown corporations
- Organizations funded directly by the Government of Saskatchewan
- Schools, post-secondary institutions, and libraries
- Businesses, unincorporated groups, and individuals
- Non-profit associations without an ethnocultural, multicultural, First Nation, or Métis focus
Eligible expenses
- Wages, honoraria, and contracts for consultants, facilitators, Elders, Knowledge Keepers, mentors, temporary staff, or specific project work
- Participant honoraria, travel, and material costs related to the cultural activity
- Additional facility space needed for the project
- Limited food costs tied to the cultural experience
- Limited advertising and promotion costs
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Capital expenses such as construction, renovations, repairs, or major equipment purchases
- Cash prizes, gifts, medals, trophies, donations, alcohol, sponsorships, fundraisers, and award ceremonies
- Activities promoting religious or political viewpoints
- Wages or personal expenses for participants, and salaries of existing staff
- Office and administration costs, including rent, utilities, and in-kind contributions
