Overview
Supports Canadian community climate projects with up to C$10,000 in funding. It funds innovative, participatory, equitable initiatives focused on climate mitigation and/or adaptation, from early experimentation to scaling impact.
Activities funded
- Community-based projects that mitigate climate change.
- Community-based projects that help communities adapt to climate change.
- Early-stage experimentation with new climate-related approaches (Seed level).
- Growth of promising climate-related projects (Sprouting level).
- Scaling climate-related projects to increase policy impact, reach more people, or deepen cultural and relationship change (Scaling level).

- The applicant must be fiscally and legally based in Canada.
- The proposed project must be based in a Canadian province or territory.
- The project must focus on helping communities mitigate and/or adapt to climate change.
- The approach should be innovative, participatory, equitable, and multi-solving.
