- Costs for unrelated business activities or donated in-kind goods and services.

How to apply
- Step 1: Create a client profile in the FCM Funding Portal
- Register your organization in the online portal.
- Prepare basic applicant information.
- Step 2: Submit the pre-application
- Complete the pre-application form.
- Attach the required supporting documents.
- Step 3: GMF eligibility review
- GMF reviews the pre-application for eligibility.
- Applicants are informed if they can proceed.
- Step 4: Submit the full application
- Complete the full application form and workbook.
- Upload all required documents through the portal.
Processing and Agreement
- GMF reviews the pre-application to determine eligibility.
- Eligible applicants are invited to submit a full application.
- Submitted applications are reviewed for accuracy and completeness.
- Applications are then reviewed by external peer reviewers and internally.
- FCM’s Board of Directors makes the funding decision.
