Processing and Agreement
- District Councillors review whether the initiative fits the policy before an application is submitted.
- Policy recommendations are reviewed for approval by the appropriate approver.
- The decision is communicated to the Policy Editor, Policy Owner, and Assistant Municipal Clerk.
- Approved policies are maintained, stored, and posted as appropriate.

- Applications are initiated by district Councillors.
- Payments are made in the name of a non-profit organization whenever possible.
- Unused funds may carry over into a district Beautification Reserve Fund.
