Who is eligible?
- FortisBC commercial rate class natural gas customers.
Eligible expenses
- Energy specialist position costs.
Eligible geographic areas
- FortisBC electricity service area, if applying for electricity rebates
Selection criteria
- Preference will be given to customers who have a significant number of potential projects that will result in large natural gas savings and are eligible for FortisBC energy-efficiency rebates.
- Preference will be given to customers who have participated in a FortisBC energy assessment.
- Preference will be given to customers who have an existing BC Hydro energy manager who has been with the organization for at least six months.
- Preference will be given to customers who have completed or drafted a Strategic Energy Management Plan signed off by BC Hydro.
