How to apply

  • Step 1: Pre-consult with the Township
    • Discuss the project before applying.
  • Step 2: Prepare the application
    • Complete the application form and gather plans, drawings, photos, and quotes.
    • Obtain required permits.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Submit the application and supporting documents to the Township office.
  • Step 4: Review and decision
    • The Review Committee reviews the file and makes a recommendation to Council.
  • Step 5: Agreement and funding
    • If approved, sign the Township agreement and complete the work.
    • Submit proof of completion and payment to receive funds.

  • Applications are reviewed by the Review Committee as they are submitted.
  • The Review Committee recommends approval or denial to Council.
  • Approved applications require a Township agreement, and some programs may require a bylaw.
  • Work is inspected after completion before funds are released.
