How to apply
- Step 1: Prepare the application
- Gather the required organizational and financial information.
- Prepare the work or equipment budget and supporting quotations.
- Step 2: Submit the request
- Send the funding request in advance of starting work or incurring expenses, where possible.
- Step 3: Municipality review
- The Municipality reviews the request against the policy criteria.
- Step 4: Agreement and decision
- If approved, the facility signs the required Memorandum of Understanding.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are reviewed by the Municipality using stated facility and organizational criteria.
- The Municipality decides whether to approve, reject, or edit recommendations.
- Selected facilities must sign a Memorandum of Understanding with the Municipality.
