Processing and Agreement

  • The funding committee reviews applications received by the 15th of each month.
  • The committee evaluates files between the 15th and 21st of the month and may request more information.
  • The board of directors makes the final decision, or the members’ assembly for requests over $1,000.
  • Applicants receive a response within 60 days of submission.
  • If approved, a memorandum of understanding must be signed before funding is paid.

  • Applicants do not need to be members of the Foundation.
  • Projects should follow eco-responsible practices.
  • Funded materials must be made available at low cost or free of charge.
  • Projects are subject to a non-appealable final decision.
