Processing and Agreement
- The funding committee reviews applications received by the 15th of each month.
- The committee evaluates files between the 15th and 21st of the month and may request more information.
- The board of directors makes the final decision, or the members’ assembly for requests over $1,000.
- Applicants receive a response within 60 days of submission.
- If approved, a memorandum of understanding must be signed before funding is paid.

- Projects should follow eco-responsible practices.
- Funded materials must be made available at low cost or free of charge.
- Projects are subject to a non-appealable final decision.
