Selection criteria
- Projects proposing a new collective transport offer to major trip generators, including industrial parks, commercial areas, and major economic corridors, are prioritized.
How to apply
- Complete the Call for Expression of Interest form.
- Submit a proposal during one of the three Calls for Expressions of Interest: 15 July 2025, 15 November 2025, or 30 January 2026.
Processing and Agreement
- When an application is received, the applicant is contacted to analyze the project.
- A response is sent for all applications.
- Projects are identified by a steering committee made up of ARTM and exo representatives and elected officials from the north and south shores before being submitted to the government for approval.
- Projects that move forward are covered by specific contracts between exo and the private companies concerned.
- The steering committee ensures implementation, monitoring, accountability, and performance measurement for each project using indicators it defines.
