collectionArtNB has updated its applicant instructions on the Contact and Acquisitions pages. Applications must now be emailed to culture@gnb.ca, applicants may typically submit once per grant program per fiscal year except for the Strategic Initiative Fund, and direct deposit setup now requires sending the Direct Deposit Form to Service NB. The Acquisitions page also replaced its FAQ guidance on signatures, receipt confirmation, and result timing with new process and follow-up instructions, including how to request feedback and how to return a grant if a project will not proceed.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications submitted to collectionArtNB are first reviewed by a program consultant to confirm completeness and eligibility.
  • Eligible submissions proceed to evaluation by a peer assessment committee composed of professional artists.
