How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the online form
    • Fill out the Google Forms application.
    • Use a Google account if you want to save your progress.
  • Step 2: Prepare the required files
    • Create the four required PDF files with the exact names requested.
    • Prepare the budget, script, and supporting documents.
  • Step 3: Upload documents to the assigned Drive folder
    • Wait for the personalized Google Drive link from the Foundation.
    • Upload the four PDF files to your private folder before the document deadline.
  • Step 4: Submit and await review
    • Submit the online form before the application deadline.
    • Wait for the jury review and the board’s decision in June.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by a jury of bilingual theatre professionals and arts/community members.
  • Final decisions are announced after the board meeting in June.
  • Approved projects must follow the Foundation’s credit and reporting requirements.
  • Funding may be withheld or repayment requested if major project changes are not agreed in advance.
