The Housing Supply Challenge page now says the program has reached full budget commitment and that the application portal is closed and no longer accepting applications. The page still shows the same $300 million over 5 years program summary and the same overall audience, but applicants can no longer submit through the portal. This is a major change to the program timeline and application process because the page has moved from an active program listing to a closed state. Contact and round-link information remain visible, but the page is now mainly informational for past rounds.
