- After a favorable OCQ assessment, the candidate submits a request for a training card to receive the scholarship.
- The host institution must complete and sign the commitment form.

- A candidate may apply to no more than two eligible institutions at the same time.
- The selected candidate must commit to work full time for at least two years after graduation.
- The candidate must maintain the required professional availability under the applicable collective agreement.
- The candidate is responsible for ABCQ, OCQ, and related tuition fees.
