  • Businesses without a farm in BC or the Yukon
  • Applicants not properly registered, licensed, or certified
  • BC applicants without farm status
  • Businesses not registered with the CRA
  • Operations not in business for at least one year

Eligible expenses

  • Seed and planting costs for cover cropping, intercropping, and legume rotation
  • Price differences for nitrogen management inputs and fertilizer applications
  • Professional planning, technical support, and agronomic services
  • Equipment purchases and upgrades for manure and fertilizer application
  • Rotational grazing infrastructure and related setup costs
