Processing and Agreement

  • The Board of Directors of UOCCF will have access to the application and to the academic record.

  • Successful applicants consent to publicizing biographical information and picture in annual reports, brochures, and media announcements.

Additional information

  • Successful applicants will be asked to provide a photo for publication in the public media.
  • Personal information of the applicants collected during the application process will be stored in compliance with the Privacy Act in Ukrainian Orthodox Church of Canada Foundation archives for three years.
