• Community groups or associations supporting children’s health and wellness

• Adult groups and associations
• Unofficial sources submitting requests outside an organization’s official letterhead

Ineligible Costs and Activities

• Requests supporting adult groups and associations
• Requests submitted from unofficial sources

• Draft a request in writing on the organization’s official letterhead.
• Ensure the letterhead includes the mailing address and telephone number.
• Include the name and email address of a contact person.

• Submit the request at least one month before the fundraising event date.
• Avoid short-notice requests.

• Send the written request using the organization’s official submission method (unofficial sources are not considered).

• Donation requests are evaluated and processed once a month on the 25th.
• Applicants are asked to refrain from following up on submitted requests.
