How to apply

Step 1: Prepare written request
  • Draft a request in writing on the organization’s official letterhead.
  • Ensure the letterhead includes the mailing address and telephone number.
  • Include the name and email address of a contact person.
Step 2: Plan submission timing
  • Submit the request at least one month before the fundraising event date.
  • Avoid short-notice requests.
Step 3: Submit to the funder
  • Send the written request using the organization’s official submission method (unofficial sources are not considered).

Processing and Agreement

  • Donation requests are evaluated and processed once a month on the 25th.
