Contribution Agreement details now visible
The Housing Accelerator Fund page now includes the Housing Accelerator Fund Contribution Agreement text, with the agreement dated October 6, 2023. The agreement states that initiatives and the Housing Needs Assessment Report are due no later than the second anniversary of the Effective Date, and the Housing Supply Growth Target and Additional Targets are due no later than the third anniversary of the Effective Date. It also shows that HAF funding advances are conditional on compliance, reporting, satisfactory progress, and, for the fourth advance, achievement of the Housing Supply Growth Target and Additional Targets. This is mainly a content expansion around program terms and delivery timelines rather than a change to the grant’s audience or project scope.
