- Wait for the City’s eligibility assessment.
- Prepare and submit the water conservation plan for approval.
Processing and Agreement
- The City confirms whether the applicant meets the eligibility requirements after the initial interest step.
- Documentation receipt is confirmed within 48 hours of submission.
- If the water conservation plan is approved, the Industrial Water Rate applies from the date the plan was submitted.
- After the initial application, the applicant must submit an annual water conservation progress report by July 1 of each calendar year to continue receiving the discounted rate.
- The applicant must continue to meet the other eligibility criteria to keep the discounted rate.
