- Email your completed application and supporting documents to fair@stcatharines.ca, drop them off at City Hall, Kiwanis Aquatics Centre, or Seymour-Hannah Sports and Entertainment Centre, or mail them to the Fee Assistance in Recreation Program at St. Catharines Kiwanis Aquatics Centre.
