  • Planning and building permit fees, where applicable under the program.

  • Work started before City approval and a signed agreement.
  • Construction financing and long-term debt interest costs.
  • Short-term rental accommodation for additional residential units.
  • Tourist accommodation or student housing for units that must remain affordable.
