How to apply

  • Fill out the application form to apply for subsidy, or call 705-748-8830 to complete an application by phone.
  • If you have issues completing the application online, call 705-748-8830 and select option 4 for support or to complete your application over the phone.
  • If you are receiving Ontario Works, contact your Client Service Worker at 705-748-8830 for assistance with your application.
  • If you are seeking subsidy for a Special and/or Social Need, a referral must be submitted on your behalf by a referring agency.

  • An in person or video appointment can be requested if needed.
  • The length of appointments vary, but typical last 30 to 60 minutes.
