Eligible expenses

  • Windows, doors, cladding, awnings, patios, signage, lighting, and accessibility features

Ineligible Costs and Activities

  • Permit fees, insurance, tools, consumables, and incidental costs
  • Work started before the Reimbursement Agreement is signed
  • Window tinting, vinyl wraps, frosted glass, and other visual obstructions
  • Rolling shutters and security bars as reimbursable costs
