  • Buildings used primarily for auto-oriented businesses
  • Properties with primary tenants that are liquor stores, body rub centres, cannabis stores, or vape stores
  • Buildings already funded through a previous Corner Store exterior or interior grant

Eligible expenses

  • Eligible construction costs for exterior or interior improvements
  • Design, architectural, and engineering fees, up to 20%
  • Project management and administration costs, up to 10%
  • Contractor labour and materials related to the renovation
