City Enrichment Fund 2027 intake and framework updated
The City Enrichment Fund page now shows the 2027 application intake window as October 1 at 9 a.m. through November 16 at 4 p.m. It also adds a Submission Standards & Accountability Framework that is in effect for 2027 and must be reviewed and acknowledged by applicants. Process guidance now directs applicants to the general guidelines and program-area guidelines, and the application portal link is shown as the CEF Grant Portal. The funding principle wording was also adjusted to say funding goes to all passing applicants when possible.
