  • Step 3: Complete the interconnection review.
    • Respond to QEC requests for additional information.
    • Review the interconnection study and cost estimates.
  • Step 4: Sign agreements and proceed.
    • Review and sign the power purchase and connection agreements.
    • Complete construction, inspection, and commissioning.

Processing and Agreement
