Eligibility
- The project must be a fiction film project.
- The project must be created by Arab artists, or (for non-Arab institutions) be relevant to the Arab region.
- The project must be at an eligible stage: development, production, or post-production (depending on format).
- Short and medium-length narrative films are eligible in production or post-production.
- Feature narrative films are eligible in development, production, or post-production.
Who is eligible?
- Arab artists developing or producing fiction films.
- Non-Arab institutions with projects relevant to the Arab region.
- Organizations producing short narrative films (production or post-production).
- Organizations producing medium-length narrative films (production or post-production).
- Organizations developing or producing feature narrative films (development, production, or post-production).
Eligible geographic areas
- Projects implemented anywhere (no location restriction), provided they are created by Arab artists or (for non-Arab institutions) relevant to the Arab region.
Processing and Agreement
- Applications are processed in approximately three to four months.
