The program supports fiction film projects across development, production, and post-production. Funding can reach up to US$50,000 for production, including eligible short, medium-length, and feature narrative films.

- The project must be a fiction film project.
- The project must be created by Arab artists, or (for non-Arab institutions) be relevant to the Arab region.
- The project must be at an eligible stage: development, production, or post-production (depending on format).
- Short and medium-length narrative films are eligible in production or post-production.
- Feature narrative films are eligible in development, production, or post-production.
