The project must be a fiction film project.
The project must be created by Arab artists, or (for non-Arab institutions) be relevant to the Arab region.
The project must be at an eligible stage: development, production, or post-production (depending on format).
Short and medium-length narrative films are eligible in production or post-production.
Feature narrative films are eligible in development, production, or post-production.
