Processing and Agreement
- Foundation staff will follow up if anything is missing, including reference letters or transcripts.
- Only applications with all necessary documentation and submitted by August 7, 2026 will be considered.
- Extensions to August 7, 2026 will not be granted.
- Successful candidates must provide their SIN numbers to prepare T4A slips.

- Applicants must include permission for Scouts Canada and the Chinook Scout Foundation to publish their statement.
- If awarded a scholarship, Scouts Canada may publish the recipient’s name and photograph.
