  • Step 3: Prepare copies
    • Make 10 copies of the completed application and supporting documents.
    • Collate each application with its supporting documents.
  • Step 4: Submit the application
    • Mail or deliver the copies to the Chilliwack Foundation care of MNP LLP Accountants in Chilliwack, BC.
    • Submit by the application deadline.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by the Chilliwack Foundation Distribution Committee.
