Eligibility

  • Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States.
  • Or, applicant must be a charitable organization based in Canada, the United Kingdom, or Singapore.
  • Non-U.S. applicants must be able to provide an opinion of counsel confirming equivalency to a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity in their home jurisdiction.
  • Proposed program or project must make an impact in the applicant’s local community.
  • Proposed program or project must align with at least one of the four focus areas (people, food, communities, planet).
