Eligibility

Applicant must be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in the United States.
Or, applicant must be a charitable organization based in Canada, the United Kingdom, or Singapore.
Non-U.S. applicants must be able to provide an opinion of counsel confirming equivalency to a U.S. 501(c)(3) public charity in their home jurisdiction.
Proposed program or project must make an impact in the applicant’s local community.
Proposed program or project must align with at least one of the four focus areas (people, food, communities, planet).
