Eligibility

The organization must be a charitable or religious organization.
The organization must be licensed by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) or an Indigenous Gaming Regulator (IGR) under section 207(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
The organization must conduct eligible charitable gaming events and submit the required financial reports under the licence terms and conditions.

How to apply

Step 1: Obtain charitable gaming licence
