Eligibility
- The organization must be a charitable or religious organization.
- The organization must be licensed by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) or an Indigenous Gaming Regulator (IGR) under section 207(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
- The organization must conduct eligible charitable gaming events and submit the required financial reports under the licence terms and conditions.

How to apply
Step 1: Obtain charitable gaming licence
- Qualify for a charitable gaming licence issued by the Saskatchewan Liquor and Gaming Authority (SLGA) or an Indigenous Gaming Regulator (IGR) under section 207(1)(b) of the Criminal Code.
- Run the charitable gaming event under the issued licence (e.g., bingo, breakopen, raffles, Texas Hold’em Poker Tournaments, Monte Carlo Events).
- Submit financial reports as required by the terms and conditions of the charitable gaming licence.
