How to apply
- Step 1: Submit an expression of interest
- Complete the EOI when the program is open.
- Submit before the EOI closing date.
- Step 2: Receive invitation for full application
- Only accepted EOIs move to the application stage.
- Complete the full application if invited.
- Step 3: Submit the application
- Follow the program instructions to finalize submission.
- Alternative submission options are available if a written application is a barrier.
- Step 4: Await the decision
- Successful applicants are notified in early December 2025.
