  • Submit a request for designation as a rising research center to the VRRCI if official recognition has not yet been obtained.
  • Submit the application to the Research Commission of Laval University (CRUL).

  • Receive potential designation as an emerging research center with a one-time funding of $10,000.
  • Use the funding to support the application process.
