- Tourism businesses

- Owner-operators in downtown or rural settings
- Municipal, BIA, DMO, and chamber partners
Who is not eligible
- Festivals and events are not eligible for Tourism Marketing Support.
- Businesses or organizations outside the York, Durham, and Headwaters regions.
Eligible expenses
- Paid advertising, including print, radio, television, social, digital, and billboards.
- Graphic design, printing, and production costs.
- Familiarization tours.
- Wayfinding signage, equipment, and new technology development or implementation.
- Expertise, planning support, and sales mission support.
Ineligible Costs and Activities
- Insurance.
- Office expenses, including supplies, rent, overhead, and permanent staff costs.
- Website maintenance and previously existing app subscriptions.
- Industry and other membership fees.
- CCT research and core marketing cost-sharing programs.

- Applications are reviewed by the relevant Industry Relations Manager before access to the application link is provided.
- Some streams are reviewed monthly or through a fixed intake period.

- Successful partners must submit a final report after project completion.
