How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Provide cemetery, organization, and contact details.
    • Describe the proposed use of grant funds and project costs.
    • Upload the most recent financial statement.
  • Step 2: Submit the application
    • Send the completed form through the Township application portal.
  • Step 3: Reporting after approval
    • Complete the Cemetery Grant Report by March 31 of the following year.
    • Include accomplishments and an accounting of revenues and expenditures.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed by Township staff.
  • Applications are submitted to Council for final approval.
  • Approved funds are disbursed within 4–6 weeks.

Additional information

  • Applications are accepted once per year.
  • Recipients must submit a grant report by March 31 of the following year.
  • Invoices and receipts do not need to be submitted, but must be kept for 4 years.
