Who is eligible?

  • Programs must demonstrate measurable outcomes for single mothers and their children.
  • Applications should show how the initiative supports the Foundation’s intended outcomes.
  • Applicants must explain the indicators and evaluation tools used to measure success.

How to apply

  • Step 1: Complete the application form
    • Fill in the organization, program, budget, and outcome information requested in the form.
    • Provide the required financial statements and supporting details.
  • Step 2: Sign the disclosure agreement
    • Confirm the information is true and accurate.
    • Agree to the disclosure terms included in the application.
  • Step 3: Submit the application
    • Send the completed application to Cause We Care Foundation at valerie@causewecare.org.

Processing and Agreement

  • Applications are reviewed after submission to the Foundation.
  • Applicants may be contacted for follow-up as part of the review.
  • Recipients must complete an annual Program Evaluation Report before future requests are considered.
