Overview

The program provides up to $50,000 over a maximum of 2 years to support seed funding for innovative MS research. It funds the development and testing of new research questions and pioneering approaches across biomedical, clinical, and population health research aligned with MSSC impact goals.

  • Pursuing pioneering research approaches with potential to advance the MS field.

Eligibility

  • The project must be a new and innovative research initiative intended to develop and test research questions or approaches with potential to advance the MS field.
  • The proposal should address research questions aligned with one or more MSSC strategic impact goal areas (treatment and care, well-being, disease progression, or prevention).
  • The application must be submitted to the appropriate stream based on the nature of the research (Biomedical or Clinical and Population Health).

  • Researchers proposing population health MS research projects.
