How to apply

  • Step 1: Prepare application
    • Complete the Cast & Learn application.
  • Step 2: Submit to PEMG
    • Send the application to the Project Enabling and Monitoring Group (PEMG).
  • Step 3: Present the project
    • Parishes are invited to pitch their projects to PEMG for consideration and comment.

  • Applications are received by the Project Enabling and Monitoring Group (PEMG).
  • Parishes are invited to pitch their projects to PEMG for consideration and comment.

Additional information

  • Projects funded are intended to be larger than Reach-funded initiatives and smaller than Stretch-funded initiatives.
  • Total program funding is set at $300,000 over two years (2023–2025).
