- Prepare your application during the annual intake period from January 26, 2026 through February 20, 2026.

- Submit the grant application through the CAF Grant Portal within the application window.
- Include any required affiliation documentation if applicable.

- Wait for the Foundation’s review and funding decision.
- If awarded, complete a grant report within one year to remain eligible for future applications.

- Applications are reviewed by the Foundation’s Board.
- The Board may defer or carry forward payment to a later year.
